Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products; 2. Develop sales plans for the region based on the company's regional sales targets, break down the targets, and organize implementation; 3. Develop customers in the regional market and complete the distribution network layout; 4. Develop new customers, maintain existing customers, expand business channels, and regularly visit new and old customers in the city area; 5. Job Responsibilities 1. Independently manage the department's product operations, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch; 2. Establish effective data tracking mechanisms based on operational goals and current product status, promote optimization of operation plans according to business development needs, and be responsible for implementing and executing online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets; 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis; 4. Based on current operations, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
